Common questions.

What's the difference between this and a traditional agency?
An agency is external by design. They own the work and you own the briefs. The in-house agency model embeds inside your company: same OKRs, same Slack, same cadence, but with the senior brain and the execution muscle you wouldn't be able to hire at your stage.
Embed mode vs build mode, which one fits me?
Embed: you want the work done now, with senior people and no recruiting overhead. Build: you want your own search team and need help recruiting, structuring, training, and setting them up for the first 6–12 months.
How big is the embedded team?
Right-sized to your stage. Typical embeds are a senior strategist + 1–2 specialists, scaled up or down by engagement. I staff for output, not headcount.
How long are engagements?
Embeds run as quarter-by-quarter commitments with quarterly reviews. Build engagements run 6–9 months end to end (recruit, set up, train, handoff).
Who owns the work and the playbooks afterwards?
You do, in both modes. Everything (process docs, prompts, briefs, dashboards) is built inside your tools and stays with you when the engagement ends.
