1. Who these terms are with
You're agreeing with Ridho Putradi S'Gara ("I", "me"). By using rpsg.co.id you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. What this site is
An information and lead-capture site for my AI search consultancy, training, and in-house agency offerings. It's not a SaaS product, a marketplace, or a regulated service.
3. Content on this site
Articles, case studies, and any framework or method I describe are opinion and educational material based on my experience. They're not a substitute for engagement-specific advice on your particular situation. Don't make significant business or technical decisions purely based on a blog post.
4. Intellectual property
Unless explicitly credited otherwise, all writing, images, and code on this site are © Ridho Putradi S'Gara. You can:
- Quote up to ~300 words with attribution and a link back
- Screenshot a section to share in a private team chat
- Cite the site in your own writing
You can't republish whole articles, mirror the site, train models on its content for commercial use, or sell derivative works without written permission.
5. Links to third-party sites
The site links out to tools, communities, and platforms (LinkedIn, Medium, Crunchbase, Google Calendar, search.agency, etc.). Each has its own terms; following a link means accepting theirs. I don't control or endorse external sites.
6. The booking and enquiry tools
"Book a call" opens a Google Calendar appointment page. "Send an enquiry" submits via Formspree to my email. Both are best-effort: if a tool is down, you can always email ridho@search.agency.
Booking a free strategy call doesn't create a client relationship, a retainer, or an obligation to engage. It's a conversation.
7. Service engagements
Anything beyond the free 30-minute call (consultancy, training, in-house agency work) is governed by a written Statement of Work between your company and mine, signed before work starts. That SoW (not this page) defines deliverables, fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, and termination.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is" with no warranty. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Anything you build on top of a blog post is your call.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Jakarta, unless we've agreed otherwise in a signed SoW for an engagement, in which case that SoW's clauses apply to that engagement.
10. Changes
If I change these terms materially, the "last updated" date moves and significant changes are flagged on the home page for two weeks. Continuing to use the site means accepting the updated terms.
