This site is operated by Ridho Putradi S'Gara ("I", "me"), AI Search Consultant based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Questions about your data go to ridho@search.agency.
What data the site collects
If you fill in the enquiry form
I receive: your name, work email, company name, company stage, the offering you're interested in, and the message you write. Budget is optional.
This data is sent to Formspree (a transactional form service) and forwarded to my email. It isn't shared, sold, or used for advertising.
If you book a strategy call
Booking is handled by Google Calendar's free appointment scheduling. Google collects whatever you enter on their booking page (typically name, email, time-zone). See Google's privacy policy for what they do with it. I only see what's in the resulting calendar invite.
Analytics
If you accept the cookie banner, the site uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4 under the hood) to count visits and understand which content helps. Specifically tracked:
- Page views
- Clicks on "Book a call" and "Send an enquiry" buttons
- Successful enquiry form submissions
No advertising profiles are built. No third-party tracking pixels. If you decline the banner (or your browser sends Do-Not-Track), analytics never initializes.
Cookies
Two cookies, both for site function only:
rpsg-analytics-consent(localStorage), remembers your accept/decline choice so the banner doesn't reappear- Firebase Analytics cookies, only set if you accepted
No advertising cookies. No social-media tracking pixels. No third-party trackers other than the analytics above.
Where data lives
- Enquiry submissions: Formspree (US-hosted) → my email inbox
- Booking data: Google Calendar (per Google's data residency)
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (per Google's data residency)
- Site content: Sanity (Western Europe) for blog/case studies; the public HTML served from Firebase Hosting CDN
Your rights
Whether you're under GDPR (EU/UK), Indonesia's PDP Law, or any equivalent, you can email ridho@search.agency to:
- See what data I hold on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Have it deleted
- Object to its use
I'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't intended for anyone under 16. I don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If I change anything material, I'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the home page for two weeks.
